These terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by our retail and wholesale customers, once the sales order has been agreed with Katcha Bilek by telephone, email, fax, website or post.

Shipping

I am a retail customer, how long will it take to deliver my order?

If you live in the UK and your product(s) is in stock it will be dispatched within 3 business days. We endeavour to keep a stock of each design, however at peak times we cannot guarantee that the product will be immediately available and may require a quoted waiting time for the item. If the product(s) is currently out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible, with an estimated dispatch date.

I am a retail customer. How much will shipping cost?

We ship our orders globally at cost price which can be found alongside the prices of the product when ordering.

I am a wholesale customer - how much will shipping cost?

We ship our wholesale orders in the UK and globally with our own couriers at cost price.

Satisfaction Policy

Katcha Bilek ensures customer satisfaction by using only the best and highest quality of materials and manufacturing. KB designs are carefully constructed and checked thoroughly before shipping to assure that the product will be free from all faults and imperfections. Privacy Policy

We will not store your payment details and we will never pass on or sell your personal information (name, contact details, payment details) to any third parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.

The products and the logo are designed and created by Katcha Bilek and are based on intellectual property rights. They are subject to copyright. Katcha Bilek retains absolute copyright of these, actionable in law or any breaches thereof.

Returns

Can I get my bag repaired if there is a problem?

In the unlikely event of a fault or damage due to reasonable wear and tear, we will happily repair any product free of charge (exc. shipping). Unfortunately we can’t extend that to products that have been misused or abused.

What if I don't want the product I have purchased, or wish to exchange it?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please email us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If you have changed your mind about your purchase please return the product in its original condition and we will issue you with a credit note.

I am a wholesale customer, can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once you have confirmed an order placed it cannot be cancelled. Any items returned to us damaged by fault in design or manufacture will be repaired and returned free of charge.
